According to glavcom.ua: Andriy Khorkavyy, the founder of KLR Bus – a national passenger transport operator, spoke to Glavkom about volunteering, assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and shared the company's future plans in this area.

According to him, over more than three years of supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, KLR Bus has transferred 22 pickups, 10 buses, and 2 minibuses to meet military needs. In addition, dozens of drones and thermal imaging devices were purchased for combat brigades on the front lines and border units of the State Border Guard Service, amounting to about 1 million hryvnias.

Khorkavyy also noted that since the first days of the invasion, the company has provided its buses for transporting military personnel. During this time, more than 7,000 defenders were transported. Additionally, KLR Bus regularly delivers humanitarian cargo from European countries, a significant portion of which is provided by the company's contractors.

Company's Volunteer Activities in Times of War

According to Khorkavyy, the impetus for volunteer activities came from numerous requests from friends and clients on the day the full-scale invasion began. They asked for help in evacuating their loved ones. Then the company organized a number of trips to evacuate people from areas that could be occupied.

Andriy Khorkavyy emphasized: 'We provide comfortable travel from Ukraine to almost 20 European countries, but during wartime our mission is broader: to help the army that defends the right of Ukrainians to freedom. For our company, supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an opportunity to work and develop in an independent and free country.'

Andriy Khorkavyy talked about the volunteer activities of his company, which has been actively assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine for three years. KLR Bus not only provides the military with necessary equipment but also ensures the transport of military personnel and delivers humanitarian aid to the front line. For the company, this is not just charity but also an opportunity to support the army in defending Ukraine.
