According to glavcom.ua: Lina Kostenko expressed her position regarding the announced concerts, emphasizing the need for prior agreement on the program and compliance with conditions for contributions to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She also shared an interesting episode from a meeting with Vladimir Putin in Kyiv, where the presence of the Russian president on the streets of the city left the writer impressed. After the requirements were met at the Kyiv concert, Lina Kostenko expressed outrage that the conditions were not met in Lviv.
Famous Ukrainian writer Lina Kostenko opposed the holding of two concerts "Said to me with eyes: I love" at the Maria Zankovetska Theater in Lviv, where her works were to be performed. She accused the organizers of gross copyright infringement and failure to comply with the agreement on contributions to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In response, the organizing agencies changed the program and title of the event. This was reported by "Glavkom" citing "Chytomo."
