How Ukrainians can apply for a passport in Poland from August 17, 2026
A new procedure has been introduced in the Document DP offices in Gdansk and Krakow. The previous online appointment is now mandatory for submitting documents.

At the same time, the new rules do not apply to all operations. Picking up already produced documents or obtaining an apostille can be done without prior online registration, in the order of a live queue.
