According to hvylya.net: The Privat24 service has caused dissatisfaction among many users due to technical difficulties that hindered payment transactions and application loading.
The app shows a message that the server is not responding.
The spokesperson for PrivatBank, Oleg Serha, confirmed the information about the technical issues: 'Our specialists are restoring stable service operation' - he reported.
During the major outage in Privat24, many users faced problems conducting transactions through the app and web version. A bank representative confirmed the issue and reported that work is underway to resolve the situation.
