Explosion on railway in Oryol region: two dead, train traffic halted
According to glavcom.ua: An explosion occurred on the railway tracks in the Oryol region, resulting in the deaths of two people, and another individual sustained injuries. The incident took place on the Maloarkhangelsk-Glazunovka stretch. According to information from the Astra website, explosives had been placed directly on the tracks. Passenger trains were temporarily halted, and law enforcement and emergency services are investigating the incident.
Later, the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, clarified that the deceased as a result of the explosion on the railway tracks were employees of the Rosgvardiya.
At the same time, other events occurred in Russia. An oil refinery in Bashkortostan was attacked by drones, causing a fire. In the Leningrad region, drones attacked the port of Primorsk, resulting in a fire on one of the vessels. Russian troops reported the destruction of over 30 drones.
The incidents that occurred simultaneously indicate the tense situation in various regions of Russia and the potential threats to the safety of the population and the country's infrastructure.
