A former official who built a bridge for 40 billion found dead in Russia
According to glavcom.ua: The body of the former head of the Committee for Transport Infrastructure Development of St. Petersburg has been found in the Moscow Region. According to 'Glavkom', the body of Alexander Fedotov was discovered near the Sheraton hotel in the Moscow Region, where he had stayed for three days. The official may have committed suicide, planning to fly from St. Petersburg to Volgograd with a transfer in Moscow.
Work in the Committee and resignation
Alexander Fedotov headed the Committee for Transport Infrastructure Development of St. Petersburg for a certain period. Under his leadership, a contract was signed for the construction of the Great Smolensky Bridge for a total of 40 billion rubles. It is worth noting that Fedotov resigned at his own request in April 2024.
It is worth mentioning that former Rosmyna official Boris Avakyan was found dead. His body was discovered in the Armenian Consulate in St. Petersburg.
