Housing prices are rising in eastern regions of Ukraine: leading cities

In the second quarter of 2025, there is an increase in apartment prices in most regions of Ukraine, especially in areas adjacent to the front line. However, there is a significant regional price gap, as reported by Delo.ua citing LUN.In particular, the results of the first half of 2025 show an increase in housing prices in the eastern regions of Ukraine. Analysts indicate that in Kharkiv, Odesa, Sumy, and Dnipro, prices have risen by 10-14%. At the same time, in Zaporizhia and Mykolaiv, prices have slightly decreased, while in western regions, particularly in Lviv and Rivne, there has also been a price increase, though the growth was less significant.Thus, the real estate market in Ukraine continues to demonstrate varying dynamics of housing price growth depending on the region. In front-line cities, prices may be lower due to the specifics of the situation, while in popular hub cities, demand supports housing prices at a high level.
