In Vysneve, Kyiv region, after the Russian attack on the night of July 6, a dangerous situation persists due to a repeated detonation at the impact site. Local authorities urge residents not to leave their homes, not to open windows, and to use evacuation points if necessary. This is reported by TSN.
Evacuation in Vysneve: where assistance points are operating on July 6
Due to the threat of repeated detonation of explosive devices, the police have cordoned off the area near the impact site. Those who want to leave the city are recommended to go to specially designated points:
- Vysneve, European Street, 20;
- Kryukivshchyna, Balukova Street, 1E.
During the evacuation, people are advised to take documents, water, necessary medications, and essential items with them.
At the same time, residents are urged not to approach the impact site and not to go outside without urgent need.
Situation in Vysneve: detonation continues for several hours
A local resident, Iryna Yakovenko, reported on the air of «Breakfast with 1+1» that after the night attack, explosions did not stop for several hours.
«It was very scary. I have never been so afraid in five years of war. The house was literally shaking, doors were blown off, and the explosions have been continuous for several hours», she said.
According to the woman, due to heavy smoke in the city, it is hard to breathe, so people are trying not to open windows. Some residents with cars have already taken their children to safer places.
Consequences of the attack on Kyiv region on July 6
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported that as a result of the Russian attack, the number of injured in Kyiv region has risen to 15, including a 9-month-old child. Eleven people have been hospitalized, but the number of victims may still increase.
Separately, local authorities warned about the deterioration of air quality and urged Vysneve residents not to open windows. The areas near the central part of the city, where emergency services are still working, remain the most dangerous.
It is noted that in the Darnytsia district of Kyiv, emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the site of the strike on a 16-story residential building. As a result of the Russian attack on July 2, 31 people died, and 102 were injured.
