In Zaporizhzhia, the movement of trolleybuses on two routes has changed since August due to repair work

In Zaporizhzhia, due to repair work, the movement of trolleybuses No. 8 and No. 14 has been temporarily restricted. They do not operate on the section between the stops «Bus Station» and «Simferopol Highway», and passengers are transported according to modified schemes. The restriction came into effect at 5:00 AM on August 3. This is reported by the transport and communication department of the Zaporizhzhia city council.

Trolleybus No. 8 in Zaporizhzhia runs to the station from August 3

The movement of trolleybus route No. 8 has been organized along a shortened route «Zaporizhzhia Square — Zaporizhzhia Station-I».

Trolleybuses will not pass from «Bus Station» to «Simferopol Highway». Passengers who usually use this section of the route should take the change into account when planning trips around the city.

Route No. 14 in Zaporizhzhia has been divided into two directions

Trolleybus No. 14, which usually connects «Simferopol Highway» and «Quay», will operate on a modified scheme during the repair work.

Trolleybuses with autonomous movement will continue to operate along the approved route between «Simferopol Highway» and «Quay». Other vehicles will operate only on the route «Quay — Zaporizhzhia Station-I».

The restrictions will remain in effect until the work is completed. The city authorities have not yet announced the exact time for the resumption of the usual movement of trolleybuses No. 8 and No. 14.

Recall that in Zaporizhzhia, the movement of some trams and trolleybuses is being changed for six days. The restrictions will be in effect daily from July 28 to August 2 during morning hours, with some trips on July 28 and 29 being adjusted additionally.
