• Tulamashzavod, producing armaments for ground forces, the navy, and anti-aircraft systems.
• Tula Cartridge Plant, focused on manufacturing ammunition of various calibers.
• NPO Splav named after A.M. Ganichev, which develops and produces multiple rocket launchers such as Grad, Smerch, and Uragan.
