Flamingo Gains Momentum: Ukraine Will Produce 7 Missiles Per Day by the End of the Year
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has introduced to the world a new missile 'Flamingo', which features a range of 3000 km and a powerful warhead. Manufacturers have been tasked with increasing production to seven missiles per day by the end of the year.
Fire Point Company is successfully ramping up 'Flamingo' production: 30 missiles were manufactured in August, and 50 are planned for September. The technical characteristics of the missile include a flight range of 3000 km, a speed of up to 950 km/h, and a warhead weighing 1150 kg.
Advantages of Ukrainian Technology
'Flamingo' is distinguished by a greater flight range and a more powerful warhead compared to foreign counterparts. The missile uses a navigation system that allows for trajectory correction during flight, ensuring high strike accuracy.
Strategic Importance for Ukraine
The presence of its own long-range weapons allows Ukraine to have complete freedom of action in military operations. According to calculations, 80% of missiles can reach targets, which may reflect the strategy of conducting the war.
Ukraine plans to produce up to 200 'Flamingo' missiles monthly by the end of the year, significantly enhancing the country's defense capability and providing the ability to strike important enemy targets.
