Ukraine is and will be on the land. Zelensky congratulated citizens on Constitution Day in a symbolic place
According to glavcom.ua: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky did not stay away from the celebration of Constitution Day and decided to send congratulations to the citizens. He emphasized that the main task is to preserve Ukraine for Ukrainians.
"Ukraine is and will always be on the land, Ukrainians are and will always be on the land. This is our goal and our duty together. Everyone for whom Ukraine is paramount, who cannot imagine their life without it, collectively cannot imagine Ukraine without one side or another," he noted.
Moreover, the head of state emphasized that Ukraine is every Ukrainian ready to defend their beliefs and dreams. Zelensky stressed the importance of unity and support for each citizen for the future of our country.
Commemoration of defenders
The President of Ukraine visited Sofiiska Square in Kyiv to honor the memory of those who perished from Russian aggression. This square is a symbol of the history and culture of the city, a place for significant public events.
On the night of June 10, 2025, the Russian attack damaged the historical St. Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On Constitution Day and in memory of the defenders, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed important thoughts on the unity of Ukrainians in preserving the country and defending their own values.
