According to ХВИЛЯ: The Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive new Lynx KF41 armored vehicles from the Rheinmetall concern, with the first deliveries scheduled for early 2026. Rheinmetall has confirmed the start of deliveries of Lynx KF41 infantry fighting vehicles, marking an important step in strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.

The first units of the new technology will arrive in the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of 2026. The contract for delivery was signed in December 2025, with an initial order of five combat vehicles. The total order value is estimated to be within the low double-digit million euro range. The German government has taken on the financing of the project, highlighting international support for Ukraine's efforts.

Characteristics and cooperation strategy

The Lynx KF41 combat vehicles will be equipped with a two-man Lance turret, providing increased firepower and maneuverability. The cooperation strategy between Ukraine and Rheinmetall includes further stages of procurement of new batches and the deployment of Lynx production in Ukraine.
