The USA and Ukraine have selected an investment advisor for the Reconstruction Fund: who is it

During the ReBuild Ukraine conference, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, in partnership with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, announced the appointment of an investment advisor for the American-Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund.

The international consulting company Alvarez & Marsal has been appointed to this position. This global company, with 12,000 specialists in 90 offices worldwide, specializes in financial and operational consulting, investment management, and performance monitoring. It already has experience working in various sectors and in Ukraine.

Within the framework of the Fund's work, Alvarez & Marsal will provide strategic investment support, including project preparation, conducting due diligence, and financial analysis to identify and assess potential investment opportunities.

After appointing the investment advisor, the Fund will select an administrator and complete the organizational phase to launch financial procedures and prepare the first investment projects.
