Ukraine Launches Educational Series for Communities on Quality Services in Administrative Service Centers
Launch of the Educational Series
According to Мінцифра: An educational series "Quality Services in Communities: Monitoring, Development and Digitalization" has been launched on the Diia.Education platform. This project, created by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, aims to provide communities with practical advice on improving services in administrative service centers (ASCs). The series consists of 10 episodes covering important topics such as:
- interaction with veterans
- accessibility
- data analysis
- evaluation of decision-making effectiveness
The project is being implemented under the "Diia Support Project" of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial support from Sweden. The series presents methods that help build truly accessible and barrier-free services, analyze data, evaluate decision-making effectiveness, process visitor feedback, and support the team during crisis moments. This educational series will be a valuable tool for improving the quality of services in communities.
Digitalization of Administrative Services
The launch of the educational series is an important step towards the digitalization of administrative services in Ukraine. Through this project, communities will gain access to new knowledge and tools that will allow them to respond more effectively to the needs of the population. It may also contribute to increasing trust in government institutions and improving interaction between citizens and the authorities.
As Ukraine continues its efforts to enhance the quality of public services, the recent initiative for accessibility audits of state websites and applications marks another significant step towards a more inclusive digital environment. This complements the educational series by ensuring that all citizens can benefit from improved administrative services and digital tools, reinforcing the government's commitment to transparency and accessibility.
