According to ХВИЛЯ: On July 31, warm dry weather is expected in Ukraine under the influence of a high-pressure area caused by an anticyclone. Warm air will flow in from Western Europe, leading to an increase in temperature. During the day, the temperature will be 25-30 degrees, reaching up to 34 degrees in the far west. The forecast for this date was published by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, and the information was provided by the publication 'Hvylya'.

On July 31, a small amount of cloud cover without precipitation is expected in Ukraine, with winds from variable directions at a speed of 3-8 m/s. At night, the temperature will fluctuate between 12-17 degrees, rising to 25-30 degrees during the day. In Kyiv, at night, the temperature will be 15-17 degrees, while during the day it will reach 27-29 degrees. The Kyiv region is also expected to have dry weather with nighttime temperatures of 12-17 degrees and daytime temperatures of 25-30 degrees.

Fire hazard in Ukraine

From July 31 to August 2, an extreme fire hazard level will prevail in many regions of Ukraine and Crimea. The regions with an increased risk include:

  • Volyn
  • Lviv
  • Ivano-Frankivsk
  • Chernivtsi
  • Ternopil
  • Khmelnytskyi
  • Zhytomyr
  • Kyiv
  • Vinnytsia
  • Cherkasy

From August 1 to 2, Rivne, Kirovohrad, and Chernihiv regions will be added to this list.

'The last day of July will please Ukrainians with calm and clear weather,' noted the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

The warm weather expected in Ukraine may positively affect citizens' recreation as well as agricultural work.
