Ukrainian referee appointed to the women's World Cup match: who will step onto the field
According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian referee Svitlana Hlushko participated in the second match of the final stage of the girls' World Championship-2025 (WU-17) in Morocco. She was an assistant in the game Costa Rica - Brazil, which took place on October 21 in the city of Sale. The match started at 7:00 PM Kyiv time. Hlushko also participated in the match USA - Ecuador on October 18.

In the match against Iceland, the Ukrainian national football team won with a score of 5:3. Goals were scored by Malinovskyi (14', 45+5'), Hutsuliak (45'), Kaluzhnyi (85'), and Ocheretko (89').
In the next round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, the Ukrainian team drew with Azerbaijan - 1:1. The goal was scored by Sudakov (51'). In the previous match, the Ukrainian team lost to France with a score of 0:2 in Wroclaw, Poland.
