Strong northwestern winds with gusts of 15-20 meters per second will add to the difficulties. The temperature will hover around zero degrees on these days, making the situation even more complicated. As meteorologist Natalia Didenko noted:

“Saturday and Sunday will be wet and cloudy, which may negatively impact visibility on the roads.”
