Ukrnafta expands network with national cashback
Укрнафта розширює свою мережу АЗС до 700 об'єктів, впроваджуючи нову програму повернення коштів та єдині стандарти обслуговування.

Ukrnafta's Network Expansion

According to Главком: Ukraine's state-owned oil and gas company, Ukrnafta, is planning a significant expansion of its national network of fueling stations to approximately 700 locations. This growth involves integrating with Ukrhazvydobuvannia, which will see 21 U.Go stations in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions rebranded under the Ukrnafta name. The rebranding initiative is already underway, with the first two stations switching to the unified brand on April 1.

This integration will establish common service standards across the network, a single mobile application, and unified loyalty programs alongside the NaftaPAY payment service. These moves are designed to enhance customer convenience and improve the overall quality of service at the stations.

National Cashback Program

Since March 20, Ukrainians have been able to receive a partial refund on fuel purchases at participating stations through the National Cashback program. This government-backed initiative involves numerous fuel retailers, including:

  • Ukrnafta
  • OKKO
  • WOG
  • Amic Energy
  • BVS
  • KLO
  • Motto
  • Chipo
  • VostokGas
  • Autotrans
  • Mango
  • Parallel
  • Rodnik
  • BRSM-Nafta

The cashback rates are set at 15% for diesel, 10% for gasoline, and 5% for autogas (LPG), with a maximum monthly refund of 1,000 hryvnias per person. This program is scheduled to run until May 1. Such measures are increasingly common in Ukraine to help consumers manage energy costs amidst economic pressures.

As of April 1, 2026, the projected average price for A-95 gasoline at major stations is approximately 72.43 hryvnias per liter, while diesel is expected to average 85.76 hryvnias per liter. Additional participants like UPG, Socar Energy, Martin LLC, and Marshal may soon join the National Cashback program.

The expansion of Ukrnafta's network and its integration with Ukrhazvydobuvannia represent significant steps toward improving customer service and boosting competitiveness in Ukraine's fuel market. The National Cashback program further aims to enhance fuel affordability for consumers, particularly in a context of rising global energy prices.

As Ukrnafta expands its service network, the new fuel reimbursement initiative launched in Ukraine is set to further benefit consumers. This program allows users to receive cashback on fuel purchases, easing the financial burden of rising energy costs. With the integration of such services, Ukrnafta aims to enhance customer experience while providing additional savings on fuel expenses.
