The government has renewed the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia: Serhiy Leshchenko has retained his position

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on October 1 adopted order № 1090-r, which updated the composition of the supervisory board of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'. Four new independent members have been appointed to the board: Amelin Anatoliy Ihorovych, Benkovska Elzhbieta Eva, Moklyak Maksym Volodymyrovych, and Hafer Gepard.

Representatives of the state have retained their positions on the board - Serhiy Leshchenko and the newly appointed Davyd Lomdzharia. The Cabinet partially updated the board, leaving Leshchenko among the key representatives of the state in the governing body of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.

«To appoint the candidacies of Amelin Anatoliy Ihorovych, Benkovska Elzhbieta Eva, Moklyak Maksym Volodymyrovych, and Hafer Gepard as members of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company 'Ukrainian Railway' as independent members and Leshchenko Serhiy Anatoliyovych and Lomdzharia Davyd Guramovych as representatives of the state», - the message states.

The last time the government changed the composition of the supervisory board of 'Ukrzaliznytsia' was in December 2024. Previous changes demonstrate the government's efforts to improve the management of state-owned enterprises.
