The government has regulated procurement in Prozorro: prices for building materials will become transparent

The government has decided to initiate the publication of prices for building materials in the Prozorro system during construction and repairs. The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture has sent a corresponding request to ensure the accessibility of information for verifying state fund expenses. The specially introduced obligation to disclose changes in prices of material resources in contracts is a step to prevent possible abuses and concealing inflated prices. The government also allows price changes in contracts with market fluctuations up to 10%, which will contribute to a more transparent and efficient procurement system. The introduction of electronic documents for decision-making by customers also indicates the gradual digitalization of processes in the construction sector and contract conclusion.
