According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian basketball players participated in Eurocup matches for their clubs on October 16. The day before, Nyon lost to Perfumerias Avenida with a score of 53:81, while Chomutov lost to Keltner with a score of 60:66.

Miriam Uro-Nile scored 15 points, made 9 rebounds, and provided 1 assist in 32 minutes on the court. At the same time, Anastasia Kovtun played 21 minutes, scoring 2 points and making 4 rebounds.

As part of the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Championship, the Ukrainian national team defeated Slovakia and Switzerland in away matches.
