Storm in Odesa: over 70 trees damaged due to hurricane wind
According to glavcom.ua: A storm and strong winds affected Odesa last weekend, bringing destruction and problems. According to the city’s housing and communal services, a total of over 70 trees were uprooted, and power lines were also affected.
“Last weekend, a storm hit Odesa, resulting in rain and gusty winds, leading to the uprooting of 73 trees and large branches in the city. Currently, the work to eliminate the aftermath of the bad weather has already been completed,” specialists report.
Services quickly responded to the situation, employees of the KP “Miskzelentrest” and other communal enterprises actively cleared debris and garbage to restore normal movement around the city. In addition, the disruptions in street lighting lines also entered the work plan of electricians.
