Military courts, prosecutor's offices, and police may emerge in Ukraine

According to hvylya.net: Irina Mudra, Deputy Head of the President's Office, expressed her opinion regarding the creation of a military justice system in Ukraine. In particular, she noted that there are already draft laws on this topic in parliament.

'I believe that there should be military justice. In the future, and this is also reflected in our strategy, it is advisable to consider creating military justice bodies.'

According to Mudra, the introduction of a military justice system implies the creation of military prosecutor's offices, police, and courts. Although she acknowledges that implementing such a project may be challenging due to financial and personnel constraints, this should not be a barrier to the implementation of this system.
