In Ukraine, salaries of up to 200,000 UAH are being offered: who is ready to pay the most

In Ukraine, salaries over 100,000 UAH are increasingly available not only to top managers. In September, employers are offering these amounts to engineers, healthcare workers, builders, and even laborers. The trend is driven by a critical labor shortage that businesses are experiencing. Who in Ukraine is offered salaries from 100,000 to 200,000 UAH

The highest salary among the analyzed job vacancies is for a recruitment department head in Kyiv, ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 UAH. The specialist is sought by a construction-engineering company that works with the public sector and belongs to critical infrastructure.

A category group leader in Lviv is offered 135–180,000 UAH. The candidate must have experience in retail of technology and electronics, possess analytical, pricing, negotiation, and team management skills.

A technical director in Kyiv can earn 150–160,000 UAH. In addition to salary, the employer offers a company car, medical insurance, and reservations. One of the requirements is at least five years of experience in the engineering and construction field.

A production technical manager is offered up to 160,000 UAH, but the guaranteed salary is 80,000 UAH, with the rest depending on bonuses. The specialist will be responsible for the production of electrotechnical and radio-electronic products.

Engineers and healthcare workers are ready to be paid over 100,000 UAH

A pediatric dentist-therapist in Kyiv is offered 120–150,000 UAH. A professional medical education and experience working with children are required. The clinic offers work with modern diagnostic and dental equipment.

A senior electronics engineer in the suburbs of Kyiv can earn 100–130,000 UAH. The job involves creating electronic devices for accounting and energy-saving. Among the additional conditions are reservations and travel compensation.

A design engineer is offered 120,000 UAH and reservations. This involves designing drones' gliders and mechanical components. The candidate must have at least three years of experience and be proficient in 3D CAD.

A construction project manager can earn 100–120,000 UAH. He will work on projects of solar and wind power plants, hybrid systems, and energy storage.

The level of payment for technical specialists continues to rise. Last summer, experienced workers in Kyiv were already offered up to 120,000 UAH.

Welders and installers are offered up to 150,000 UAH

A grain elevator manager in the Lviv region is offered 115,000 UAH. The package also includes a company car, laptop, phone, and annual bonus. The position requires at least five years of experience in a similar role.

The ranking of high-paying jobs also includes working professions. An installer of windows, doors, and metal structures or a welder in Kyiv is offered 100–150,000 UAH depending on the volume of work performed.

The advertisement states a payment of 1,000 UAH per square meter, with the average actual earnings estimated at approximately 110,000 UAH without additional work.

At the same time, the amount in the advertisement is not always guaranteed salary. Some job vacancies imply bonuses, incentives, or pay based on an agreement, so it's important to clarify the salary structure before employment.
