According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has decided to make life easier for all stakeholders by implementing a new analytical tool called 'dashboard'. Now, information about the financial state of local budgets will be available to a wide range of users.
What does the 'dashboard' include?
- revenues (general and special funds);
- interbudgetary transfers (general and special funds);
- balances of funds in the accounts of local budgets (general fund and development budget);
- the share of interbudgetary transfers in the total volume of local budgets;
- the share of state taxes and fees and local taxes and fees in the revenues of local budgets.
This information is based on data from the local budget planning and execution management system 'LOGICA' and will be updated regularly.
Operational information and statistics
As of 01.07.2025, the revenues of local budgets amounted to 368.4 billion hryvnias, of which interbudgetary transfers were 103.5 billion hryvnias. The balances of funds in the general fund accounts amounted to 122.4 billion hryvnias, and the development budget was 5.2 billion hryvnias.
Thanks to the new tool, anyone can track financial information in all aspects – from the total amount across the country to specific data from local communities.
