A unique armored personnel carrier has been created in Ukraine: protection against FPV drones and AI

The Ukrainian company Military Armored Company (MAC) HUB has presented a new armored personnel carrier with the highest level of protection for personnel. The project was developed in collaboration with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for over a year and is now in its final stages.

 

'People need protection, even in the era of unmanned systems, for example, from FPV drones. Therefore, we are also working on armored vehicles that have already successfully proven their effectiveness in saving crews during real combat operations. We will soon present a new development in the field of armored vehicles – this will be the first serial product of its kind in Ukraine'

MAC HUB’s director Oleksandr Dubyna emphasized that previously there was no production of armored vehicles of this class in Ukraine. He also noted that even considering the rapid development of unmanned technologies, people remain a crucial component of military operations.

In addition to armored vehicles, MAC HUB also manufactures unmanned systems, marine drones, and other military means using artificial intelligence. According to Dubyna, in the future, Ukraine will be able to meet a significant part of its defense equipment needs independently due to long-term contracts and financial support.

The details of the new armored personnel carrier from Military Armored Company (MAC) HUB and the emergence of serial equipment of this class in Ukraine indicate the rapid development of the Ukrainian defense industry and the country's ability to produce modern equipment to protect its troops. In this context, the integration of artificial intelligence into military developments plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness and safety of military operations.
