Parents of children with disabilities will be granted a deferral online: how it will work

Testing deferment in Reserve+ for parents of disabled children
Батьки дітей з інвалідністю отримають можливість оформити відстрочку через Інтернет: як це реалізувати

According to the ministry, to join the testing and be among the first to receive the new type of online deferment, you need to fill out a form. The online deferment works as follows: a request must be submitted to Reserve+ - the system checks the grounds for the deferment through interaction with the necessary state registries - if confirmed, the deferment is granted, and the information is displayed in the electronic military document. The entire process is fully automated, usually takes a few hours, and does not require gathering certificates, visiting TCCs, or long waiting for the consideration of the case.

A new feature will appear in the Reserve+ mobile application - applying for a mobilization deferment online for parents of children with disabilities, regardless of the child's age. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

Who can receive a deferment?

Parents of children with disabilities up to 18 years old and parents of adult children with disabilities can receive a deferment in Reserve+. Also, people with disabilities, students, graduate students, parents of three or more children, families of defenders with a child, people with temporary unfitness, and employees of higher education and vocational education institutions can receive a deferment.

The explanation of the availability of a mobile application that allows parents of children with disabilities to apply for a deferment online indicates the rapid development of technology in the field of public service. This simplifies the process of obtaining deferments and storing electronic documents in military service, making it faster and more convenient for users.
