In Ukraine, the launch of Diia.Card has been approved: how social payments will change

According to hvylya.net: The government has approved a new initiative 'Diia.Card' - a digital tool for receiving government payments. This information was published by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

According to the government's decision, the launch of 'Diia.Card' will take place immediately. This card will be a convenient way to receive various types of social assistance - from pensions to child allowances.

Now, people will not have to have several bank cards for different assistance programs. 'Diia.Card' will consolidate accounts for state assistance to simplify the receipt of funds.

'How will this work? For example, you are a veteran and applying for the Veteran Sports and School Package programs. Money will be credited to the Diia.Card, but to different accounts, so the money will only be spent on targeted needs' - explained the government.

Assistance that can be received on the 'Diia.Card'

You will be able to receive on the 'Diia.Card':

• all targeted programs in Diia - from the School Package to child allowances through eMaljatko
• payments on military bonds
• assistance from international organizations
• pensions and social benefits
