From May 18, 2026, the fees for consular services for Ukrainians in Poland have been lowered. The new prices are now in effect at the embassy and all consular offices of Ukraine in the country. This was announced by the Consulate General of Ukraine in Wroclaw.

Fees for consular services decreased in Poland

The changes were introduced according to the order of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland dated May 14, 2026, No. 27.

The updated tariffs apply:

  • at the consular department of the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland;

  • at the General Consulates in Lublin, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk;

  • at the Consulate of Ukraine in Poznan;

  • at the Vice-Consulate in Rzeszow.

Which consular services have become cheaper

The Consulate General announced that the new tariffs include a reduction in the cost of all consular services.

This applies to the issuance of:

  1. passport documents;

  2. powers of attorney;

  3. notarial services;

  4. consular certificates;

What does this mean for Ukrainians in Poland

For Ukrainians living in Poland, this means a reduction in costs for document processing and consular procedures.

This is especially relevant for people who:

  • are applying for new documents;

  • are renewing passports;

  • are applying for notarial services;

  • are regularly contacting consular offices.

Poland remains the country with the largest number of Ukrainian citizens abroad, so the changes in tariffs will affect hundreds of thousands of people.

It should be noted that in 2025, over 10,000 Ukrainian citizens received Polish citizenship.
