The Murder Suspect of Zarutska Confessed: The Government Implanted Material in My Brain
DeCarlos Brown Explained the Reason for the Attack on Irina Zarutska
According to glavcom.ua: DeCarlos Brown, who is suspected of murdering the Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska, explained why he launched the attack. This was reported by the Daily Mail, citing information from the 33-year-old sister Tracy Brown.
Sister Tracy released an audio recording of a phone conversation with her brother six days after his arrest. DeCarlos explained that 'the government implanted foreign materials in his brain that controlled his actions during the knife attack on the Ukrainian woman.'
It turns out that Brown suffers from schizophrenia and believes that it was these alien materials that forced him to commit the horrific attack without any prior verbal provocation.
'I injured my hand when I hit her. I didn't even know her. We have never communicated. It is terrible why someone would do this without any obvious reason?', - commented the suspect.
Details of the Attack on Irina Zarutska
On the day of the attack on Irina, Brown was heading to the hospital to 'cast off these materials.' Furthermore, he emphasized that he wants the police to deal with much more serious issues related to 'the control of his brain.'
It is reported that DeCarlos also confessed that he killed Irina because he believed she was 'reading his thoughts.'
From this, it follows that the reasons for the attack on Irina Zarutska turned out to be a complete misunderstanding and obsession with the idea of brain control, which became fatal for the life of the young woman.
