Venislavskyi: The war is approaching its end, which is already affecting the Rada
According to hvylya.net: National deputy and member of the committee on national security Fedir Venislavskyi reported that the war of Russia against Ukraine is approaching its end. This affects not only the front but also the work of the Ukrainian parliament. According to Venislavskyi, the mood about the approaching end of the war is reflected in the behavior of political forces in the Verkhovna Rada.
'From the first hours of the war, when it was about the security and defense sector, there was full consolidation. Just now, when it is obvious that the war is coming to an end, someone recognizes it, someone does not, but in fact, we are moving in this direction. And certain political actions are already starting in various political forces,' said the deputy.
Venislavskyi also supported the idea of introducing criminal liability for deputies who evade work or have left the country. He believes that such steps are justified, especially on issues of defense and state protection.
The defense of the country remains a priority
Despite the reduced activity of some people's representatives, the Verkhovna Rada continues to work on key laws necessary to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities. Important decisions are being made even in the absence of some deputies, which emphasizes the significance of defense issues for all political parties.
The statement from the national deputy about the approaching end of the war in the east of the country reflects the sentiments of the Ukrainian government and political forces. At the same time, the Verkhovna Rada continues to work on laws to strengthen Ukraine's defense capability, despite the reduced activity of some deputies.
