Explosion of a gas cylinder in Horodyshche

According to ДСНС: The explosion of a gas cylinder in the town of Horodyshche, Cherkasy region, occurred on the evening of December 31 and led to the destruction of a residential building. As a result of the incident, two women were injured. One of them, born in 2006, suffered burns to her face and hands and is currently in the hospital. The second injured woman, born in 1979, also sustained facial burns but refused hospitalization.

Consequences of the explosion

The explosion resulted in the destruction not only of the house but also of furniture, household appliances, personal belongings, and documents. The preliminary cause of the fire is considered to be the explosion of the gas cylinder. The local fire team from the village of Starosillya was involved in eliminating the consequences of the event.
