This incident follows a pattern of other recent explosions in Ukraine. In Mykolaiv, an explosion at a disused gas station injured patrol police officers. Deadly Consequences of Lviv Blasts

These blasts resulted in the death of a 23-year-old policewoman, with the total number of injured exceeding twenty people. As of the time of publication, 12 people injured on February 22 remain in Lviv hospitals, three of whom are in serious condition in the intensive care unit.
