According to information from NK Pro, on October 1, Lady R arrived at the port of Rason after a long stay in the 'Vostochniy' port in Russia. This may indicate an increase in suspicious supplies between the two countries. It is important to note that Lady R is under sanctions from the United States, and the cargoes it carries often attract the interest of the international community.

'The exact contents of the transport containers that Russia has been taking since August 2023 remain unknown, although the two countries may be conducting arms trade via rail,' the report clarifies.

Experts believe that possibly, Russia and North Korea temporarily halted maritime arms supplies for two months, but rail communication between them continues to function.
