Military on the Russian Mistake at the Pokrovsk Direction: Why It Matters

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian military actively repels attacks by Russian forces at the Pokrovsk direction. The spokesperson for the operational-strategic group of troops 'Dnipro', Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Trehubov explained that Russian troops attempted to conduct a mass infiltration, but Ukrainian forces successfully pushed them back.

'These were small groups, but these small groups were uniting there, conducting active offensive actions. About a month ago they surged forward, trying to occupy as much territory as possible,' Trehubov said.

Although initially Russian troops managed to capture some positions, they were unable to hold them. Now Ukrainian forces are actively repelling attacks and pushing back the enemies.

'The Russians got a bit arrogant and made a serious mistake. For this mistake, they are paying the price,' emphasized the spokesperson of the Joint Forces Operation 'Dnipro'.
