Court Decision on Tatiana Krupa

According to 5 канал: On October 7, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) rejected the defense’s request to reduce Tatiana Krupa’s bail, maintaining it at 20 million hryvnias. Additionally, the court extended the duration of her procedural obligations until December 5, 2026. Krupa, the former head of the Khmelnytsky Medical-Social Expertise Commission and a Khmelnytsky regional council deputy from the "Servant of the People" party, remains subject to restrictions related to her status as an accused individual.

The defense petitioned to lower the bail amount to 266,000 hryvnias, but the judge upheld the original sum, deeming the decision lawful.

Therefore, the bail remains set at 20 million hryvnias. Previously, the HACC extended the accused’s procedural obligations until December 5, 2026, inclusive,

the court stated.

Searches and Discovered Funds

During searches conducted at the residences of Tatiana Krupa and her son, nearly 6 million US dollars in various currencies were uncovered. One of the bail guarantors, the company PP “Podilskyi Lan,” plans to return 3 million hryvnias. The company’s founder is Volodymyr Prysyazhny, also a deputy of the Khmelnytsky regional council representing the "Servant of the People" party.

Currently, Tatiana Krupa is wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet and has surrendered her foreign passport. Her preventative measure is valid until November 4, 2025. On September 4, 2025, a HACC investigative judge partially granted a request from a NABU detective to extend Krupa’s preventative measure.

The judge’s ruling stands as lawful. That’s the current status of the case,

commented Tatiana Kostyuk.

This case forms part of Ukraine’s broader anti-corruption efforts, especially focusing on public officials. The substantial bail amount and prolonged procedural constraints underscore the gravity of the charges against Krupa. Maintaining such a high bail may also serve as a warning to others involved, signaling that law enforcement agencies remain vigilant in uncovering corruption within government institutions.
