According to ХВИЛЯ: In 2025, the Ukrainian Naval Forces carried out over 50 strikes on the strategic facilities of Russian occupiers, including military ships and critical enemy infrastructure. These actions became an important element in restoring shipping to pre-war levels, as evidenced by data on 7318 vessels that passed through Ukrainian ports during the year.

At the same time, the military surveyed nearly 120 km² of water area, which allowed them to identify and destroy 49 naval mines. According to information from a representative of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk:

Pletenchuk emphasized that the number of damaged ships is much higher than that of destroyed ones, with nearly all major ships of the Black Sea Fleet suffering damage. He also noted that Crimea is used as a site for strikes, a storage location for weapons, and a base for aviation.

Targets of Attacks and Consequences

Among the facilities that became targets for attacks were:

• defense industry and energy facilities;
• tankers of the so-called 'shadow fleet' of the Russian Federation;
• military infrastructure and oil production complexes;
• stands for operational-tactical level drones;
• control points and warehouses with 'Shaheds'.
