Drivers have been given good news: the situation at gas stations will soon change
According to hvylya.net: Fuel prices in Ukraine may start to fall in the coming days after a sharp rise in June. This was stated by the director of the company 'A-95' Sergey Kuyun.
In June, prices for gasoline and diesel in Ukraine rose by 6-7% due to the increase in world oil prices as a result of the conflict between Israel and Iran. By the end of the month, the average price for A-95 gasoline was 58.92 hryvnias per liter, 4.36 hryvnias higher than last month. The price for diesel fuel rose to 55.88 hryvnias per liter - an increase of 3.34 hryvnias.
'The price of oil has almost returned to the previous crisis level, so we expect a steady decline in prices,' explained Kuyun.
The decline in world oil prices is occurring against the backdrop of decreasing conflict in the Middle East and plans by OPEC+ to increase oil production as early as August. This creates conditions for the devaluation of gasoline and diesel, in particular in Ukraine.
According to Sergey Kuyun, the director of the company 'A-95', fuel prices in Ukraine may start to decrease after the sharp rise in June. World oil prices are returning to previous levels, paving the way for lower fuel prices in the domestic market.
