Crisis of power in Ukraine: why Zelensky is delaying personnel decisions

A week after Timur Mindich's escape to Israel posed a significant challenge for the Ukrainian authorities. The political system is demoralized, and calls for personnel changes within the president's close circle are growing louder.

According to sources in the President's Office, there are discrepancies in the understanding of the situation among the members of the ruling team. Some believe that oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi may be behind the problems, but the internal understanding of the situation varies.

At a time when the country is seeking ways out of the crisis, the authorities cannot find replacements for the ministers of energy and justice, leading to personnel issues.

The demoralization of parliament is also escalating, with many deputies seeking new ways of cooperation, using the situation to their advantage. Most of those surveyed advised replacing the head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak to avoid fracturing the faction.

International partners are divided in their opinions regarding the situation in Ukraine, but the USA and the UK emphasize the necessity of an objective investigation without interference in anti-corruption bodies, while plans to pressure NABU and SAP remain relevant.
