According to glavcom.ua: The information on the losses of Russian occupiers in the war on the territory of Ukraine as of July 13, 2025, was updated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As of this date, the enemy has lost:

  • personnel – about 1,033,930 (+1,240) people;
  • tanks – 11,016 (+3) units;
  • armored combat vehicles – 22,983 (+49) units;
  • artillery systems – 30,243 (+49) units;
  • MLRS – 1,438 (+1) units;
  • air defense systems – 1,194 (+1) units;
  • airplanes – 420 (+0) units;
  • helicopters – 340 (+0) units;
  • operational-tactical UAVs – 45,511 (+263) units;
  • cruise missiles – 3,491 (+32) units;
  • ships/boats – 28 (+0) units;
  • submarines – 1 (+0) unit;
  • automotive vehicles and fuel tankers – 54,923 (+101) units;
  • special equipment – 3,929 (+0) units.

Activity of the occupier's fleet as of July 13

  • No enemy ships are present in the Black Sea;
  • No enemy ships are present in the Azov Sea;
  • In the Mediterranean Sea, there are three enemy ships, one carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to four missiles.

Also, over the past day, six vessels passed towards the Black Sea, of which three continued their movement towards the Bosporus Strait, while five vessels moved towards the Azov Sea, with two of them coming from the Bosporus Strait. Currently, the full-scale war in Ukraine continues into its 1236th day.

With the updated information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it has become known about significant losses of Russian occupiers. Information on fleet activity provides more context to the situation in various maritime regions. The situation in the Black and Azov Sea areas remains stable, but the confrontation continues at full force.
