The state approved the Concept of Volunteerism Development until 2030: what will change

According to Міністерство соц. політики: Today, on the occasion of International Volunteer Day, we congratulate everyone who dedicates their time and energy to helping others! The volunteering movement is gaining more and more weight, so it is important to continue to support it. We are grateful to every volunteer for their important work.

Volunteerism Development until 2030

In July 2025, the government officially approved the Concept of the State Target Social Program for the Development of Volunteer Activities until 2030. The Ministry of Social Policy, together with its partners, is working on finalizing the project of this program and preparing it for approval.

"More about the new state approaches to the development of volunteering and support for civil society organizations until 2030 can be found in the relevant documents".

The government in Ukraine has started active work on the development and support of volunteering. The approved program until 2030 reflects strategic steps in this direction, promising positive changes in civil society.
