According to hvylya.net: The NBU announced the launch of open banking starting August 1, 2025. This new financial technology will allow Ukrainians to consolidate all their bank accounts in one system, use any card to access funds, and automatically replenish accounts in case of insufficient money. This step will revolutionize the financial habits of millions of Ukrainians, making their financial operations significantly more convenient and seamless.
At the same time, Raiffeisen Bank offers its clients free transfers, cashback, and other bonuses, while the National Bank has set limits on the amount of transfers between cards and requires the provision of tax codes when making payments.
