The 5-7-9% Program: Businesses Received Loans of 2.7 Billion Hryvnias in a Week

According to Мін. Економіки: The "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program continues to delight entrepreneurs: in the past week, they managed to secure 530 new loans totaling 2.7 billion UAH. Overall, during 2025, businesses have already attracted 28.2 thousand loans for a total amount of 84.4 billion UAH.

The leaders in loan volumes are enterprises operating in high military risk zones, particularly in the fields of processing industry development and implementation of investment projects. It should be noted that significant support in this regard is provided to the agricultural sector, processing industry, and wholesale and retail trade.

Particular attention should be paid to supporting enterprises in high military risk zones, which can receive investment loans at 1% annual rate for the first 5 years, and afterward - at a rate of 5%.
