According to hvylya.net: The government has supported the idea of the Ministry of Defense to direct funds to the 'Bonus Drone Army' project. According to the defense agency, over 2 billion hryvnias will be used to enhance funding for this project.
This project provides a motivation system for military units through the accumulation of 'e-points' for verified hits on enemy targets. The military will be able to spend accumulated points on purchasing domestic UAVs and electronic warfare tools through the digital system DOT-Chain Defence on the Brave1 Market platform.
Funds were available due to the surplus of the 'military tax', which was not spent by the Ministry of Strategic Industries. Thus, the government has supported the development of the project by directing funding to cutting-edge technologies for the army.
As a result of the government's decision, the 'Bonus Drone Army' project will receive additional funds to fulfill its tasks and provide the military with the necessary means.
