Impact of Ongoing Conflict on Ukraine's Rail Network

It is important to note that on September 8th, Russian forces launched three drone attacks targeting Ukrzaliznytsia passenger trains. One of these strikes resulted in passenger injuries caused by shrapnel. Tragically, a conductor on the regional train running from Dnipro to Zaporizhzhia lost her life due to enemy fire.
