The Kremlin has also hinted at the possibility of resuming peace talks within a trilateral framework involving Russia, Ukraine, and the United States. Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian president, confirmed that such three-party negotiations could be reinstated. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia does not intend to halt its military operations in Ukraine during any potential peace process. Lavrov referred to Zelensky's invitation to Moscow as a "significant gesture of goodwill."
