President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone conversation with the leader of the winning party in the parliamentary elections in the Czech Republic, Andrej Babis. The head of state congratulated the Czech politician on his victory and wished him success in future work.

During the conversation, Babis noted the courage of the Ukrainian people in their fight against Russian aggression. Zelensky informed his counterpart about Ukraine's diplomatic efforts to achieve a just peace together with the USA, Europe, and other countries, as well as the overall situation in diplomacy.

'We value our strategic partnership with the Czech Republic and are grateful for the support of Ukraine and Ukrainians in such a difficult time. We are working to make cooperation between our countries even more productive,' Zelensky wrote.

As a result of the conversation, the parties agreed to discuss further cooperation during a personal meeting in the near future.
