According to ХВИЛЯ: During a tour of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a new level of partnership between Ukraine and Middle Eastern nations. This cooperation will be formalized through ten-year strategic agreements covering critical areas including joint defense projects, the export of Ukrainian technologies, energy support, and expertise in protecting civilian infrastructure. Zelenskyy also stated that Ukraine is prepared to halt strikes on Russian energy infrastructure if Russia takes reciprocal steps. Trilateral talks involving Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia are being delayed due to the situation in the Middle East. Zelenskyy noted that the United States is prepared to provide security guarantees to Ukraine following a peace agreement. He also revealed that global monthly production of PAC-3 interceptor missiles is approximately 60 units and that discussions regarding anti-ballistic capabilities for Ukraine are ongoing with two countries.
