Ukrainian Defense Forces Target Russian Military Installations

According to Главком: According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, strikes have been carried out against Russian military facilities in temporarily occupied territories. These attacks successfully damaged elements of air defense systems, military infrastructure, and command posts for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This ongoing campaign targets critical nodes to degrade Russian operational capabilities.

Operations Across Temporarily Occupied Territories

Specific strikes were reported in several regions. In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, near Tytarivka, a radar station belonging to an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system was hit. In occupied Crimea, Ukrainian forces struck:

  • A Sopka-2 air target detection radar station
  • A 39N6 Kasta-2E2 radar system

Furthermore, in Zachativka, within the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, the location of a repair unit from a separate Russian motorized rifle brigade was targeted.

Additional strikes hit Russian UAV command posts in the areas of Rodynske and Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast. These coordinated actions demonstrate the continued and active operations of Ukrainian forces behind enemy lines.

These strikes underscore the strategic activity of Ukrainian forces aimed at contesting airspace control and degrading the enemy's capacity to conduct military operations.

Attacks on such key military assets can significantly impact the operational capacity of Russian troops. They highlight the continued intensity of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, where the situation remains tense. Actions of this scale represent crucial steps in the broader effort to restore Ukraine's territorial integrity.
